The elevators were a major issue. only three worked, and they were painfully slow. The cleanliness of our room left much to be desired, with hair and dust still present even after daily 'cleaning. ' To top it off, the queues for everything were atrocious, leading to frustrating wait times for drinks and food.

waterpark was great but the rules need a rethink

The waterpark provided a fun escape for my child, who especially loved the slides. Our standard double room offered a lovely sea view that added to our experience. The staff were generally accommodating and friendly, making our stay pleasant despite a few hiccups.

The fun police seem to be overly strict, which detracted from the overall enjoyment.

Had a blast with friends! The outdoor pool is great. We dived and cycled nearby. It’s a chill spot for all kinds of travelers. Just a heads-up , the bar near the pool was a nice touch, but the food options could be more varied.

This place suits me perfectly with its excellent wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff are incredibly helpful. they even found my lost ring during my first stay! I highly recommend trying the spa facilities. I’m definitely coming back for a holiday.
